Best coffee beans ever!

I have been hooked on Per’la coffee since trying it at the Evermore Resort in Orlando. The coffee is so freshly roasted that there is no going back to buying it from store where the coffee bags sit for months. This specific roast has a very clean taste - love it!!

I have been ordering Per'la for over a year just because of how prompt the delivery is as well as the quality of the beans. They are always roasted the day you ordered.

I was very eager to try COLOMBIA SAN AGUSTIN coffee. I was hoping it was as good the coffee I used to drink with the same name and was discontinued. However I was very disappointed as it really was weak in flavor and bitter.

This is my go-to pick for an everyday coffee when I want something not terrible expensive and readily available. I have probably gone through at least 30-50 bag of this and it is always consistently good. I grind it myself and brew it in a pour over using the 40-60 method and this coffee punches well about its weight class.

After months of trying and tasting different local roasters in Miami, Colombia from Perla is my favorite coffee. I'm a home aficionado, and found really easy to dial in these beans. I keep going back to the 5 pound bag of this amazing coffee.

We have been drinking San Agustin coffee for over12 years now. Once I found this marvellous coffee I never found any that came close to its rich but subtle flavour. I have found other coffees with a comparable price point that are flat in flavour compared to San Agustin. If you like a medium roast coffee give it a try. It’s a great way to start your day.

Transitioning from darker roasts, I find this to be an excellent bean for my morning espresso. I used a manual conical grinder, which delivered a sweet, well-balanced espresso with notes of caramel and medium chocolate, with low acidity. I will definitely order this again.

I have been having 3 different coffees delivered twice a month and they are all medium roast, whole bean. This one is not my favorite of the 3, but is still excellent. I have enjoyed trying these 3 rather that the roaster's choice subscription. I am not a fan of the lighter roasts and fruity profiles and the Fall Blend, the Brazil and the Columbia are my favorites so far. I haven't tryied the darker roasts because past experience with other companies have kept me away for fear of "burnt" taste. If you like a solid, medium roast, I think Per'la is one of the best and most consistant roasteries around and the subscription service is great. They are personable and responsive to my questions and it feels like REAL people are running this amazing company!
