Per’La Shipping Policy

We ship all products listed on our website. Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day after the order is placed. If you provide your email address at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking number and a detailed packing slip once your order ships.

We currently ship domestically via USPS Ground Advantage at a flat rate of $6 per order. Please note that USPS shipping times typically range from 2 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.

For international orders, we can ship roasted coffee worldwide, but we ask that you contact us directly at info@drinkperla.com before placing an order to discuss available shipping options and rates.

If you require an alternative shipping method, please contact us prior to placing your order, as additional charges may apply.

Shipping Issues & Responsibility

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Per’La is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages: Once an order is shipped, we rely on USPS for delivery. While we are happy to assist with lost or damaged shipments, Per’La is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@drinkperla.com, and we will file a claim with USPS on your behalf.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim it from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Per’La Return Policy

At Per’La Specialty Roasters, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality service and coffee.

Since coffee is perishable and roasted to order, we do not accept returns on coffee purchases. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

Issues with Your Order

If you experience any of the following, please contact us at info@drinkperla.com within 30 days of your purchase:

You received the wrong item.

Your order was damaged during shipping (please provide photos).

You are dissatisfied with your coffee and need assistance with brewing recommendations.

Refunds & Replacements

Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If we made an error or your order was damaged in transit, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Dissatisfaction with Coffee: Since taste is subjective, we do not offer refunds based on personal preference. However, our team is happy to help with brewing guidance or recommendations to enhance your coffee experience.

Lost Packages: If USPS marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is still missing, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – SMS GIVEAWAY

Eligibility

1.1. Per’La Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Entrants must be 18 years old or older and live in the United States. No purchase is required for entry.

1.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Per’La are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Entry Period

2.1. The Giveaway entry period begins on April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

How to Enter

3.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must subscribe to SMS communications from Per’La.

Prize

4.1. The prizes for the Giveaway are as follows:

• Three (3) Roaster’s Choice Subscriptions, each lasting 3 months.

• Winners will receive one (1) 12oz bag of coffee per month, selected at random by our roasters.

• The approximate total value of each subscription is $57.

4.2. All contest participants will receive a one-time use discount code for 20% off their next order, valid until April 30, 2025. This code is not valid for subscriptions, bundles, or boxes.

4.3. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection

5.1. The winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries received during the entry period.

5.2. The winners will be notified via SMS or Email on May 6, 2025.

Claiming the Prize

6.1. The winners must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim their prize.

6.2. If a winner does not respond within the specified time or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.

6.3. The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winners must be provided to Per’La if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.

Publicity Release

7.1. By participating in the Giveaway, the winners agree to allow Per’La to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content (such as photos or testimonials) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7.2. The winners’ names and social media usernames may be posted on Per’La’s social media profiles after they have been selected.

Privacy

8.1. Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with Per’La’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

9.1. Per’La reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time.

9.2. Per’La is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website or platform malfunctions, that may affect entry or prize distribution.

9.3. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9.4. Per’La is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages that occur after the product has been tendered to the courier.
