At Per’La Specialty Roasters, we strive to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their coffee purchases. For this reason, we offer exchanges for any coffee (within 30 days of the roast date printed on the bag) that does not meet your expectations.
To begin the exchange process, please email us at Info@drinkperla.com. A member of our Quality Assurance team will contact you directly to finalize the process.
We kindly ask that you return the unused coffee to us at your cost so that our Quality Assurance team can assess the coffee and address your concerns.
