Dream Espresso

Warning you may overindulge.
My morning shot fills my mouth with the full morning radiance of gently stroked dark chocolate truffle and je ne sais quoi. Do not question, just surrender to the velvety richness and satisfaction. I thought Fino was my favorite and it is phenomenal, but the complexity of these beans-Bravo! One further note of delight, I have hidden reflux and despite the depth of this espresso, somehow it does not trigger acid reflux.

Really nice medium-dark roast

If you want a chocolatey espresso with some hints of light citrus this one is for you. Shoot for 1:2 ratio as espresso or 1:1-1:1.50 ristretto for a macchiato

First time buyer from Per'la, not too experienced in coffee making. Wanted to compare these to a similar product from a place far from me.

Finally found a local coffee roaster!

My husband and I recently got a Breville coffee machine - since purchasing we have so much fun finding beans in towns, states, and countries we visit - it has become a keepsake for us. However, I have struggled to find a local Florida shop to get my everyday beans from. Tired of getting the same ole same ole chain beans, I stumbled across Brazil Cerrado beans in Walmart. MY LIFE HAS CHANGED! Everything I look for in a bean - the taste is heavenly! I will purchase bags for my family of coffee snobs for the holidays :).
