Beautifully balanced medium roast

I love the balance of flavor and acidity in this coffee. In my AeroPress, it produces a cup that is wonderful anytime of day - bright flavors for the morning but enough richness to invite a second cup (often right after the first cup!). There is a beautiful chocolate note that come in with mandarin zest on the finish - this is coffee for wine lovers!
