Each retail bag contains 12 ounces of coarsely ground coffee. This amount of coffee will use ¾ of a gallon of water to create a concentrate.  For larger batches, two-pound bags will use two gallons of water and a five-pound bag will use five gallons of water

Set up - Add ground coffee to a filter bag – this can be anything from a cheese cloth, to a fine mesh filter, to any other type of system for cold brewing coffee

.
Fill - Slowly pour the ¾ gallons of room-temperature water to fully saturate the coffee grounds. Please take special care to make sure all of the coffee stays submerged for optimal extraction.

Brew - Cover your brewing vessel and let the coffee grounds steep at room temperature for 16 hours.

Filter - If needed, run the Cold Brew concentrate through a paper or metal filter to remove any remaining grounds and sediment.

Serve - We recommend dilution with a ratio of roughly 70% concentrate to 30% water which can be adjusted based on taste preference.

The Cold Brew stays fresh for up to 3 weeks in your refrigerator.
