PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Las Brisas is our Water Processed Decaf, selected for a smooth and flavorful cup when prepared with paper-filter brewing methods. This preparation highlights sweet notes of orange, chocolate, and caramel, creating a clean and comforting cup.

Before roasting, the green coffee undergoes a gentle, water-based decaffeination process. Water is used to extract the caffeine while helping preserve the coffee’s natural flavor, aroma, and character. The beans are then carefully dried and roasted, resulting in a satisfying cup with all the flavor and very little caffeine.

Recommended for: Pour-over, drip coffee makers, Chemex, and other paper-filter brewing methods.
